This one also is due to popular demand , created this syrup for my mom to her specs … and produce a little extra to see if the maple syrup lovers would like this , and yes I sold out very quickly. So this Syrup cooked a little bit longer , but not too long so it turns into taffy , this creates a syrup that is more dense and sweeter , so for that reason this syrup has a tendency to crystallize like honey. This syrup is like a treat!
