I had a chance to sample different flavours at the local farmers market. Amazingly smooth with a hint of smoke from the regular bottle due to the woodfired process they use. The ‘smoked’ bottle however kicked it up a notch and was my favorite! I now often find myself doing shots of this between pancake day! Wonderful to drizzle over breakfast sausages too. A must have in any fridge.
